Atty. Edrick Fargbanah Noah

Attorney Edrick Fargbanah Noah, Assistant Minister for Administration and Public Safety, is a Candidate for a Master of Law (LLM) in Global Legal Studies at the National University of Ireland Maynooth, Republic of Ireland. He obtained a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law, University of Liberia in 2017, and qualified as Attorney–at–Law in 2018. Before that, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Liberia.  He has also received several training certificates.

In his role as Assistant Minister for Administration and Public Safety, Atty. Noah administers the internal affairs of the Ministry as well as provides oversight of public and private security entities. He regulates public safety measures and also has general oversight of Fire Service and Motor Vehicle operations.

Atty. Noah brings a wealth of experience to the position from the private and public sectors. He started his career in the security service in 1994 as an operative at the Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization (BIN), now the Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) in the Protective Internal Security Division (PISD); in 1996, He served as a Special Agent in the Special Security Service (SSS), now the Executive Protection Service (EPS). In 2016, He served as Chief of Staff in the office of the Minister of State without Portfolio, Ministry of State and Presidential Affairs.

Between 2003 and 2011, he worked in the Private Sector in several capacities including Office Manager at Front Page Africa Corporation and Administrative Manager at the International Law Group, LLC.
