Hon. Juah Nancy Cassell |
Hon. Juah N. Cassell was confirmed as Deputy Minister of Justice in 2018. She serves as Principle Deputy to the Minister of Justice and lead the administrative and public safety sections of the Ministry. In her roles, she advises and assist the Attorney General in formulating and implementing the Ministry’s policies and programs. Minister Cassell in 2017, obtained a Master Degree in International Law from Wuhan University School of Law in the Republic of China. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Public Administration in 2012 from the University of Liberia. Honorable Cassell also obtained certificates in Human Resource Management and Procurement from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA). Honorable Cassell has also acquired several training certificates.Preceding this position, Honorable Cassell was a former classroom teacher, an Administrator, an entrepreneur and philanthropist. She has worked with both local and International Non-Governmental Organizations and Institutions in positions ranging from; Sales Manager, SOGLENCO Liberia Limited; Senior Administrator, Trinity Christian Academy, Marketing Manager, NanaSat Cable Television Company and the Samaritan’s Purse Liberia where she served as General Service Manager before leaving for studies in China. Madam Cassell has been recognized locally and internationally by organizations such as the World Habitat Ambassadors foundation in Nigeria, an award for GLOBAL EXCELLENCE FOR SERVICE TO NATION in 2019 and by the African Achievement Awards in United Kingdom in 2021, An Award for CHANGE MAKERS. |
